Fruit trees and shrubs must be watered, otherwise they will not give you any harvest. This means you will definitely need a Well.

To get yourself a Well, you will first need to open the respective territory.

With each upgrade, you increase the Well’s capacity and the number of its uses after which it will need to be fixed again.
